and Non-Smoking. Dyers Beach House will charge the guest the prevailing rate for damages. Refund Policy:Cancellation less than 30
days prior to arrival may forfeit one night’s lodging. (**60 days holiday time periods may require a forfeit of 2 nights
lodging at the discretion of the owner). No refunds for late arrivals or early departures under any condition. We have a 2 night minimum stay. After check-in we do not offer refunds for early departures. We can not easily change your reservation

We take a one night
deposit at registration and the balance due at check in. A valid Credit Card must be provided upon check-in as a security
deposit. Any damages, cleaning costs, theft, faxes and long distance calls during your visit will be applied to the
credit card on file.
Occupancy: Our property has been assigned a designated occupancy
in which it sleeps. If the number of guests exceeds the designated occupancy, the Credit Card on file will be charged
$125/per day, per additional occupant for the duration of the reservation. We do not want additional occupants. Our
room occupancy is established at the time of reservation. We do not carry rollaway beds, cribs or air mattress, in our
inventory.
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services are included in any stay, and
you may tip the houseman at check-out. Our houseman/manager lives on your gratuity as a source of compensation.
We are a 5 room establishment. Hospitality is critical to our business. Your appreciation is confirmation of our
success in making your stay a wonderful one.
